Affidavit of Customer:

I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, Druid
     Hill Armory, LLC. (herein DHA) is not violating any federal/state/ local law
     or ordinance.
I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a
     misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of
     a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
I am not a fugitive from justice.
I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any
     kind.
I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective and I have not been
     committed to any mental institution.
I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a non immigrant alien.
I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed
     Forces under dishonorable conditions.
I have not renounced my U. S. citizenship.
I will not commit an unauthorized export of ammunition and/or firearm
     accessories.

Prohibited Shipping Addresses:

I will not request that Druid Hill Armory, LLC. ship packages out of the lower
     forty-eight states of the United States, nor to California, Massachusetts,
     Chicago, New York City, nor to any other area prohibited by federal/state
     /local law (DHA does ship ammunition to Illinois, New York State, and
     Connecticut where proper documentation is provided).  Any shipments
     outside the contiguous 48 states will require additional fees, and prior
     authorization.  Please contact us first.

Order Cancellations:

I understand that Druid Hill Armory, LLC’s order system automatically
     submits my order to the DHA warehouse for picking/shipping and that I
     cannot cancel an order once placed (normally takes less than five (5)
     minutes after your order is placed).  I also understand that DHA may
     cancel my order at any time if I have not abided by the Terms & Conditions
     at which time a refund will be provided.
I understand that if I refuse to accept delivery of an order that I placed, then
     DHA will charge me the full cost of shipping plus a restocking fee equal to
     10% of the value of my order.  I will receive back the remainder of my
     original payment (minus 2-way shipping and restocking fees) as a store
     credit, not as a refund.

Return Information:

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with
     all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories, for a period of
     thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
If a product (other than a gun or ammunition) is defective, we will accept it
     with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon
     receipt.  Guns can be returned to DHA through your chosen Federal
     Firearms License (FFL) dealer.  Guns should also be returned directly to us
     through your nearest FFL dealer for warranty claims.  Guns refused by the
     FFL dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background
     check will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition,
     Guns, Gun Powder, and Primers may not be directly returned.  80% Lower
     Receivers, Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats and Short Chambered
     Barrels may only be returned in new, unmodified condition.  Products
     requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have
     been added (must also be in new, unused condition).
In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned
     directly to the supplier.  When you contact us, we will guide you through
     the return process and indicate which products may be returned to Druid
     Hill Armory and which must be returned directly to the supplier.
Please contact the supplier regarding any warranty issues or return requests
     not eligible for return.  If you need assistance, please call us at

Exceptions:

Druid Hill Armory operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision and
     Values when processing returns and asks our Customers to do the same.
We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or
     exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.

Indemnification and Agreement to Defend:

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under
     this Terms & Conditions are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms
     & Conditions, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release
     Druid Hill Armory, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees
     against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my
     purchase from DHA.

Data Security

Druid Hill Armory, LLC is PCI compliant.  Our checkout system is SSL
     encryption secured and feeds directly into the secure PaymentCloud(R)
     payment gateway.  By ordering online, no person at DHA is able to retrieve
     your credit card information, ever.
DHA will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information
     to any third party, unless we believe that we are required by a court order
     to do so, or you otherwise give us permission.
